NIOS as Open Schooling Education System.

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has completed 25 glorious years of its achievement driven existence in the field of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) in the school education sector which has helped and nurtured from all sections of the society to complete their schooling inspite of all hinderances by social and other factors.

This journey of the IICE Academy Siliguri has been quite successful. With about thousands of students on its roll, NIOS is credited to be the largest open school in the world with significant popularity in the Commonwealth countries and in other developing and developed countries. IICE Academy has been a pioneering force in the field of educating Learners for the NIOS Board exam Preparation in its various coachings spread all over the state of West Bengal. NIOS has been offering Secondary and Senior Secondary courses through 3827 study centres, Vocational Education & Training (VET) courses through 1830 study centres and Open Basic Education Programme through 690 Accredited Agencies. There are 27 study centres of NIOS in overseas countries.

Confidence is the most desired quality to have thing in every student if He/She wishes to score good and high in NIOS Board half yearly and annual examinations .
